EY is seeking an experienced Tax lawyer and Financial Management Package (F/H) qualified to have prior experience of 5/6 years. The role involves advisory and contentious missions in a national and international context, structuring investment funds, and managing tax considerations for various stakeholders and projects. The position requires teamwork and strong communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Qualified in the CAP
• Master’s degree in Taxation/DJCE or with a specialization in Tax
• 5+ years of Tax Law – Tax experience
• Experience with civil law (co-ownership and succession regimes)
• Company law knowledge
• Strong knowledge of financial engineering
• Team leadership and mastery of English (international experience a plus)
