Banking Business Analyst - Business & Risk Consulting

We are seeking a Banking Business Analyst to join our Business & Risk Consulting team in Greece. As a Banking Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop actionable strategies. You will analyze and refine business processes, dataflows & systems, and identify improvement opportunities. You will design new processes, systems, reporting frameworks, and transformative solutions. You will engage stakeholders through compelling presentations and discussions, fostering a collaborative environment for idea exchange and consensus building.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, finance and banking, economics, or data science.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills.
• Travelling availability and potential work on projects abroad.
• Experience working with clients in the financial services/banking sector (desirable).
• Understanding of banking regulation, supervision concepts, and methods (desirable).
• Good business analysis skills (desirable).
• Experience on Program and Project Management (desirable).
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence technologies such as SQL and PowerBI (desirable)
