CBS - BMC - Creative Services - Assistant Director-Senior Art Director

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead our team with a unique blend of creative vision and strategic thinking, to create high-impact, high-quality and on-brand creative solutions. You will own the creative and visual direction and design for creative collaterals across multiple formats, ensuring that all creatives are on-brand, user-centric and aesthetically proficient.

Requirements

• User-centric mindset with creative, innovative and analytical approach
• Working knowledge of creating infographics and data visualization techniques
• Exceptional project management, risk management and team management
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality output on time and within budget
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, Adobe DC and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media
• Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
• Strong visual design and creative thinking capability
• At least 12 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment
• Prior art direction experience in leading agencies
