We are looking for a Senior Team Lead - Enterprise and Operations Strategy to join our EY-Parthenon team in Montreal. As a senior team lead, you will lead a team of consultants to achieve client results while ensuring a positive professional experience for all. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of management consulting, strategy direction or private equity experience, and a degree in commerce, engineering, finance or law.

• Foster a culture of learning and provide effective mentorship to junior colleagues
• Manage complexity and lead mandate planning
• Set the'story' tone - how to explain the solution to the client problem - through written documents (presentations)
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
• Participate in commercial development opportunities or lead them
• Promote an inclusive culture within the team and within mandates
• Build a team community - offer support during the development of offers or other internal practice reinforcement initiatives related to learning, activities, resourcing, recruitment, etc
• Establish a proactive personal network within the firm
• Be comfortable in a team environment where everyone is actively encouraged to express different viewpoints to reach the optimal solution for clients
