Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, analytics or business modelling
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and non-financial data
• Proven communication skills to convey insights clearly
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate across virtual, multicultural teams
• Commitment to leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to modernize finance and enhance insight generation
• Graduate/professional certification in Finance, Accounting or related subject
• Strong grounding in corporate financial management and FP&A
• Excellent communication (written, verbal) and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to manipulate and visualize data effectively
• Familiarity with EY reporting tools (FR, Revenue Analyzer, ThoughtSpot, Essentials)
• Skills and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
• Ability to work across time zones, operate independently, and deliver under pressure
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in finance
