Job Description
Shape regulatory compliance and not just understand it? At EY, you will work in Financial Services Consulting at the interface between regulation, risk, and innovation. You support banks, FinTechs, and financial service providers in transforming central FMA and EBA requirements into modern, practical solutions.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics, finance, banking, law or a comparable subject area
- Solid experience in banking regulation or compliance - for example in dealing with FMA/EBA requirements, KYC/AML, financial crime, data protection, governance or risk topics
- Experience in an environment where complex issues are analyzed and translated into structured, implementable solutions
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Understanding of supervisory requirements to derive clear and practice-oriented solutions for clients
- Analytical, structured working style and secure communication skills, both in the team and in direct exchange with clients - supported by very good German and English skills
