Consultant expérimenté Technology & IT en M&A - EY-Parthenon H/F - Paris

We are recruiting senior consultants to support our clients in maximizing value in the context of acquisitions, sales, or turnaround. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in all our missions, analyzing transactional documentation, conducting interviews, and presenting results to a non-technical audience.

Requirements

• Graduate of a prestigious business school or engineering school, with a specialization in IT, technology, or innovation management appreciated
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Good understanding of IT concepts and marked interest in new technologies
• Experience in transactions, IT strategy, or IT transformation projects is an asset
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and concepts
• Ability and willingness to travel for missions
• Perfect mastery of French and English
