Requirements
- a completed degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on the healthcare sector
- initial experience (practical experience or work as a student assistant) in digital strategy and transformation, as well as digital product development and customer centricity
- initial experience or a strong interest in advisory work in organizations in the healthcare sector, such as hospitals, health insurance companies, or pharmaceutical manufacturers
- analytical and precise working style and initial experience with agile and user-centered methods
- high team and customer orientation, willingness to learn, great commitment to responsible tasks, and far-sightedness for the overall picture
- very good communication skills in German and English
