Requirements
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management and/or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in a Consulting environment
- Experience in HR operating and delivery models, HR process improvements, capability development, organisational development, and change management
- Ability to deliver projects in manpower planning, competency modelling, performance management, rewards strategy design, and organisation re-structuring
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry
