Job Description
EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join its Technology Strategy & Transformation team. The successful candidate will have experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, with a strong understanding of best practices and integrations. Requirements
- Mastering the main features of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, SIR, HRSD, CSM, SPM)
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, Flow Designer
- Understanding of ServiceNow best practices (Update Sets, Scoped Apps, security, performance)
- Experience in integration (REST, SOAP, Web Services)
