Requirements
- 8-10 years of overall IT or Solution Architecture experience
- 5-8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience
- Strong business process knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles
- Experience working with customer engagement and service-oriented industries
- Strong working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, and integration technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
