Job Description
As a Tech Manager for Salesforce and Adobe Experience Cloud, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large and complex web applications, develop relationships with business stakeholders, and oversee the engineering and delivery of Enterprise Transactional Communications platform. The role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, AWS, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- 3+ years of technical management experience
- SFMC certification
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integration and AWS services
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Strong technical skills in data management, automation, and configuration
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management
- Certifications in SFMC, Adobe Experience Platform, or AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
