This role involves leading client engagement, delivering project management, and ensuring the successful implementation of UKG Pro Advanced Schedule with Advanced Scheduling experience. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• 2-5 years of UKG Pro WFM and Advanced Scheduling project implementation experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar sectors
• UKG Advanced Scheduling Certification (preferred)
• Experience working with clients on solution gap analysis
• Project management experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
