Director, Corporate Transactions Tax, Restructuring - UK Nationwide 1

EY is seeking a Director, Corporate Transactions Tax, Restructuring to join their team. The role will involve leading a team and growing the Restructuring tax team nationally, providing tax input into corporate reorganisations, M&A processes, and insolvency appointments.

Requirements

• ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent/Law qualification
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in M&A tax and/or Restructuring tax
• A client-focused mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Commercial awareness and experience identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
• Proven experience coaching and developing junior team members
