Join EY and help to build a better working world. As a Director (Manager), Financial Restructuring, you will be part of the restructuring team helping clients evaluate capital options, capture greater transaction value and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting or equivalent
- Designated Canadian CPA with minimum 1+ years post qualification experience
- Strong interest to enroll in the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional Qualification Program
- Experience on large, complex restructuring engagements
- Experience developing and working with cash flow models
- Advanced business modelling skills and experience required
- Proven capabilities in problem solving, situational analysis, creativity, negotiation and decision making
- High level of technical competence in conducting financial analysis
- Ability to prepare high quality written communication
- Comprehensive understanding of financial statement analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as required
