- Delivering end‐to‐end early careers recruitment processes, with a strong focus on embedding diversity, equity and inclusion across our programs
- Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders, universities, schools, industry bodies and early careers pathway organisations
- Managing our early identification and internship programs, including supporting program design and facilitation
