Executive Assistant with fluent German sought for key company executives with tasks such as calendar management, presentations, and travel arrangements. Located in Katowice, Poland, with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
Requirements
- Calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls)
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Travel and Expenses arrangement for your Directors / Partners
- Understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives
- Close collaboration with colleagues in Germany and Poland
- Various administrative and ad-hoc task
