Job Description
Experienced Junior/Senior - Financial Due Diligence. EY is looking for a candidate to assist in financial due diligence, identify key value drivers, and advise clients on transactions. The role involves working with clients to meet their strategic goals, identifying risks and issues, and providing integrated services.
Requirements
- Commercial awareness and experience in conducting financial due diligence
- Understanding of the components of EBITDA, working capital and net debt
- Ability to evaluate a company's financial and operational performance
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
- Effective time management and ability to keep calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and team player skills
