EY - GDS Consulting - AI and DATA - Data Governance Specialist - Collibra - Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist with strong expertise in Collibra to support enterprise-wide governance, metadata management, and compliance initiatives. The specialist will work closely with Data Stewards, Architects, Compliance Teams, and Business Stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong hands on experience with Collibra (Ranger-level proficiency) across Operating Models, Workflows, Catalog, Lineage, and Integrations.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance frameworks, metadata management, stewardship, and ownership models.
• Experience with Data Quality concepts (profiling, rules, CDEs, validation, issue tracking).
• Familiarity with Data Privacy concepts (PII classification, retention policies, sensitivity levels).
• Experience with access governance concepts such as FGAC, data access workflows, or policy enforcement tooling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into governance solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
