Job Description
We are seeking a commercial lawyer to join our EY Law practice. The ideal candidate would be a specialist in commercial related matters and also be able to assist with corporate law matters.
Requirements
- Drafting, reviewing and analyzing corporate commercial contracts
- Advising and participating in the review of legal corporate commercial matters
- High level of technical knowledge with regards to Canadian corporate and contract law
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Must be able to deliver robust and appropriate legal advice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage caseload independently
- Ability to develop innovative and practical approach to legal issues
