Job Description
As a Director with EY-Parthenon's Corporate Finance Business Valuation practice, you'll work on commercial issues, valuations, and transactions with a focus on Intangible Assets. You'll advise businesses on valuations, provide fairness opinions, and undertake valuations for fiscal purposes in the US market.
Requirements
- Commercial experience with valuations issues related to acquisition or divestitures
- Regulatory and Accounting experience with acquired intangible and financial assets
- Taxation experience with US tax valuation issues
- Financial modelling skills including experience building models from scratch
- Previous Business Valuation experience
- Ability to travel and work in excess of standard hours
