EY-Parthenon Manager Cybersecurity M&A - Strategy and Transactions (w/m/d)

You will accompany CEOs, board members and private equity companies in transaction-based transformations from the first strategic thought to successful implementation, working on pioneering projects in various industries.

Requirements

• Conduct cybersecurity and technology due diligence audits of companies in various industries to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, also in the post-deal context, to evaluate and improve the security situation of companies.
• Develop well-founded recommendations for financial investors and their portfolio companies to actively improve cybersecurity throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
• Identify and develop strategies and roadmaps in the field of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance to provide our clients with sustainable added value.
• Promote the professional and personal development of your team members and motivate the team to work together on common tasks.
