Job Description
At EY-Parthenon, our unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance delivers real-world value – solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join our Private Equity Deal Origination team, based in Sydney.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and analyse data to assess impacts on sector performance
- Comprehensive industry screening and market mapping to identify attractive investment targets
- Research and collate company details and information; including financials
- Valuation analysis; covering precedent transactions and trading multiples
- Maintain CRM and opportunities pipeline
- Preparation and presentation of investment thematics, reports and research materials
- Cultivate and build strong working relationships EY Parthenon services lines and key private equity clients, along with founders and management team of target businesses
