EY-Parthenon Senior Consultant Transaction Diligence (Financial Services)

We are seeking a Senior Consultant Transaction Diligence (Financial Services) to join our team. You will work on transaction-based transformations from the first strategic thought to successful implementation, accompanying financial services companies and FinTechs/InsurTechs/Start-ups/Brokers in strategy and M&A projects.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics with a focus on business economics subjects such as finance, M&A, accounting, controlling, insurance, and banking operations
• At least three years of professional experience in consulting or in the financial sector and/or in the Strategy and Transactions/Corporate Finance/M&A area
• Knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as according to international accounting standards (and/or IFRS) desirable
• Analytical skills and precise working style
• Team player with engagement and high sense of responsibility as well as safe handling of MS Office
• Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
