EY-Parthenon - Senior Manager - Transaction Diligence

The Senior Manager position in Transaction Diligence involves conducting financial due diligence and providing valuable insights to clients. As a member of the team, you will assess financial information, identify risks and opportunities, and present clear reports.

Requirements

• 8 years of work experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Master's degree in Finance, (Financial) Economics, Finance & Investments, Accounting & Financial Management, or another finance-oriented or technical field
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in leading teams and engagements
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, and affinity for working with new data analysis tools (Alteryx and Power BI)
