Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
- MBA is preferred.
- Significant Business Systems/Enterprise Architecture, Software engineering, or M&A advisory consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- An understanding of how Private Equity dynamics work, navigating stakeholders across investment teams, operating partners/advisors, and leaders at the Portfolio Companies
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
- The ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
- Expertise in the following IT skillsets: IT strategy, Enterprise or solution architecture for modern application platforms, Software-centric product environments (SaaS, cloud native, API based ecosystems), IT Diligence, Software architecture and custom application development (e.g., Java, C#, Python, APIs, and Data Lake platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks), Digital Technology Strategy, ERP and business systems (CRM, HRIS, PSA, etc.) implementation, Digital business enablement using digital technology enablers (i.e., advanced analytics, AI, machine learning,), Middle-ware software / custom integrations, Cloud SaaS/PaaS strategy and delivery
- Certifications in TOGAF, Agile Scrum (CSM), ITIL, or CISA highly desired.
