Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and driven professionals to join our EY-Parthenon Strategy & Execution team in Istanbul. You will have opportunities to learn from senior team members, work with a high-performing team, and contribute to problem structuring and clarification of key issues.
Requirements
- At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance, preferably in the field of Economics, Business or STEM, with GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps
- Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching)
- Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator
- Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish
- Client focused mindset with career aspirations
