We're looking for Associate Managers with 6-8 years of experience in M&A life cycle, integration & separation of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A, with a deep understanding of the industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, TMT, CPR, Industrials and Energy.
Requirements
- Collaborate with onshore teams to define project scope, establish work plans, and align requirements to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectives
- Lead day-to-day management and execution of separation and integration engagements, including key workstreams such as Day 1 readiness, operating model design, TSA planning and exit, synergy capture, standalone costing, and project governance
- Support project engagement teams supporting transaction strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with client expectations
- Oversee and guide junior team members, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support career development through coaching and mentorship
- Take ownership of team performance, providing structured mentorship and guidance to ensure delivery excellence
- Co-lead business development efforts, identify opportunities for engagement expansion, support proposal development, and contribute to business growth by preparing client-ready presentations and assisting in pursuits
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving project challenges and streamlining integration/separation processes
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive positioning to inform transaction strategy
