Requirements
- Understanding of US Healthcare sector, including, value chain, industry structure, key performance indicators, regulations governing the sector
- Adept at using data analysis and visualization tools to present key insights for client meetings
- Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation
- Build relationships with key EY Healthcare PPEDs in the U. Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products
- Identify and assist in business development activities including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings
- Support execution of the carve-out / integration plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration issues
- Create work products documenting the engagement procedures performed against objectives
- Manage client engagement teams executing S&E DM services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
- Provide guidance on projects and mentor a team of S&E DM professionals
- Conduct timely performance reviews for employees and develop other professionals by providing effective performance feedback and training
