Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.20
• 1 year of experience in a public accounting firm (plus)
• Accounting knowledge, with focus on PSAK and IFRS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new capabilities
• Good analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain quality consistently
