FSO, Business Transformation, Asset Management Senior

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team. The role involves helping clients align their operating models, data, and technology with their business strategies, and supporting clients in the traditional and alternative asset management space. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the asset and wealth management industry, experience in Private Markets and Alternatives, and the ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a traditional or alternative asset management firm, fund administrator, or wealth platform, or financial services consulting with exposure to investment operations or technology transformation
• Familiarity with investment systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, Eagle, eFront, Investran, Geneva, etc.
• Experience with process improvement, system implementation, project management, or middle-office outsourcing
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client service skills
• Willingness to travel as required; valid driver’s license and passport
