As a Manager in our FSO Private Tax practice, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients, providing a tailored service to meet their unique needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance or a business discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization
- CPA (or equivalent internationally recognized accounting designation), Enrolled Agent and/or LLM certification
- Broad exposure to federal income taxation and some exposure to state and local tax
- Experience with flow through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLC's) and C-Corps
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, and the confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds
- A thorough understanding of automated tax processing systems
