FSO - Technology Consulting - Project Manager (Core Insurance)

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead the successful delivery of a next-generation core system platforms implementation with downstream applications and systems across different business segments. This role involves managing complex project portfolios, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Establish governance frameworks including steering committees, RAID logs, and quality gates
• Lead day-to-day execution of the program, managing cross-functional workstreams
• Monitor and control project performance across time, cost, scope, and quality
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep the program on track
• Serve as the primary liaison between business sponsors, delivery teams, vendors, and external partners
• Coordinate with core system vendors and system integrators
• Oversee change management activities including training, business readiness, and communications
• Track business case metrics and ensure measurable benefits are realised post-implementation
