Job Description
Data Governance and AI Manager responsible for structuring and operationalizing frameworks of governance, integrating policies, standards, processes, and controls, and promoting traceability, compliance, and responsible use of data.
Requirements
- Design and operationalize the Data Governance framework
- Conduct cataloging and dicionarization, support lineage and metadata management initiatives
- Structure and monitor data quality (rules, metrics, indicators, and remediation plans)
- Integrate governance with platforms and pipelines
- Work with LGPD/privacy: classification, treatment of personal/sensitive data, mappings, and compliance controls
- Connect Data Governance with AI/GenAI governance
- Facilitate forums and rituals, lead communication/change management for adoption
