Join EY as a Global Equity Tax Consultant and advise on management participation and employee incentive schemes for international clients, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Requirements
- Advice on management participation and employee incentive schemes.
- Support the tax structuring of Management Equity Plans and incentive plans, mainly in the course of transactions.
- Prepare communications for employees, company stakeholders as well as tax authorities.
- Due diligence existing plans in context of a transaction.
- Review plan terms, term sheets and legal documents for tax obligations.
- Advice on accounting implications, considering intra-group setups with the goal to achieve tax deductibility of share plan related expenses.
