Government & Public Sector - ACE - Assurance - Technology Risk - Senior Analyst. Assist Government & Public Sector teams in delivery of compliance and audit solutions, collect and process information, assess client IT environments, and supervise tasks performed by Associate Analyst through Analyst positions.
Requirements
- Supervise quality and pace of activities and tasks performed by Analysts
- Manage collection of client data and information to document clients' business and IT financial processes, risks and controls
- Perform root cause analysis, providing data and information that will inform recommendations and solutions
- Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring key stakeholders are updated on progress and expected outcomes
- Manage development and processing of data files and other client deliverables
- Identify opportunities to enhance and improve project and engagement deliverables and outcomes
- Assist in performance of due diligence and investigative research on client projects by conducting research and directing development of reports
- Assist in creating client business, IT financial and risk / internal controls documentation by developing portions of the documentation and supervising compilation and developments of reports
- Assist in testing and assessing client compliance with IT standards, established policies and procedures, and internal controls
- Monitor project scope and schedule and progress of client engagement deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across other EY functional groups
- Meet engagement project expectations defined by project and engagement stakeholders
- Identify, communicate and address project risks, assumptions and constraints
- Direct field work, inform supervisors of engagement status and manage Analyst performance
- Assist in managing resources, communications, and cost management of projects/programs by supervising Analyst I and II resources; communicating and managing mission and vision
- Demonstrate ability to effectively negotiate priorities across multiple groups/teams
