As a Senior in EY's Transaction Tax Practice, you'll work on complex tax deals, advising clients on US domestic and cross-border tax strategies. You'll collaborate with senior tax minds, have opportunities to progress your career, and be part of a dynamic team.
Requirements
- US CPA or member of US State bar
- A bachelor's degree and around 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and 2 years of related work experience
- Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience
- Experience managing budgets, projects and people
