Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the field of Business Analytics with a focus on cross-functional projects
- Expertise in business case creation, requirements gathering
- Cross-functional capabilities (capable of working as both Functional and IT Business Analyst)
- Knowledge of Process Mapping and BPMN (capable to draw out L1-4 process maps)
- Agile/Scrum experience (as a BA)
- Proficiency in English (strong B2 level or higher)
- Valid certification in the field of Business Analytics (e.g., ECBA/CCBA/CBAP, AAC, UML,)
