Job Description
EY is seeking a passionate Java Architect with Insurance consulting experience for a 2-day in-office/3-day remote position in Katowice, Poland. This role involves participating in insurance projects, collaborating with agile teams, and contributing to Business Transformations while leveraging advanced technology and leading international projects. The position offers a chance to work with influential players and build expertise in insurance competency within Poland and EMEIA region.
Requirements
- Be a Java/JEE expert
- Have hands-on experience in Insurance domain
- Must be an expert in core technical skills (Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices, Web Service, Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other relevant technical field
- 8+ years corporate IT experience
- 4+ years similar position
- Strong communication and business communication skills
- Certificates in AWS/Azure/GCP or TOGAF/ArchiMate
- Understanding of Core Insurance architecture and administration
- Excellent Agile/Scrum methodology understanding
