We are looking for a Leading Recruiter - Project Manager to join our Talent Team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, coordination with a team, and direct cooperation with business lines and HR departments. You will use modern recruitment tools and AI generation platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing recruitment processes in professional services
- Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating a team
- Knowledge of current trends in the job market in the recruitment area
- Expertise in finding talents, including niche-profile talents and under tight deadlines
- Ability to make independent decisions in a complex working environment
- English and Polish language skills at the level of everyday business communication (minimum C1)
- Interest in developing in the direction of talent management
