We are looking for a Technology M&A Director to join our Warsaw team at EY Parthenon. The successful candidate will advise and support clients through the deal lifecycle, providing IT advice on sell-side and buy-side transactions. The role involves leading the Technology team, driving business development, and managing IT-related M&A projects.
