Job Description
As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, supporting M&A projects, and providing legal assistance to EY's internal functions. You will report directly to the General Counsel and collaborate with colleagues across various departments and countries.
Requirements
- Master's degree in law
- Approximately 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
- Strong interest in IT contract negotiations
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with colleagues
