Job Description
As our Manager in the Financial Services Audit practice, you will help our clients meet their reporting requirements by accurately reporting on financial statements and providing meaningful insights.
Requirements
- At least 6 years’ experience of external audit experience, including planning, execution and reporting on audits.
- A relevant degree and/or progress towards/completion of a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters.
- Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management.
- The ability to develop and maintain deep relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing value added recommendations.
- The ability to create a positive learning culture, and coach and counsel junior team members to help them to develop.
- The ability to generate innovative solutions.
