Join EY and help build a better working world. As a Manager, Deal Management, you will help clients address their most pressing strategic challenges. You will participate as a valued member of project teams, supporting and executing strategies for transactions and developing experience across a range of different types of engagements.
Requirements
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP and CMC) and / or advanced graduate degree in business, e.g., MBA, or related programs such as Master’s in Finance / Accounting with outstanding academic achievement from a top academic institution
- 5-8 years of experience in professional services organization or related / career tracks; previous management consulting experience is a strong asset
- Experience related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions; solid understanding of integrations, separations and due diligence
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills to clients at all organization levels, including executive, VP, director, and operational management
