Job Description
EY is seeking an Experienced Manager for its Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) team, dedicated to internal control on financial reporting and CSRD reporting. The role involves managing and realizing large-scale projects, counseling clients on accounting and financial risks, and developing skills of field teams.
Requirements
- Higher education (bac + 5 / Business School, Engineering School, or Master's degree)
- At least 5 years of significant experience in internal audit, internal control, or consulting
- Solid expertise in the implementation of internal control systems and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
- Excellent writing skills and mastery of office tools
- Perfect mastery of English, both spoken and written
- Proven experience in commercial development
- Organization, rigor, curiosity, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Team spirit, dynamism, and managerial qualities
