As a Vetting Manager with our EY Defence Vetting Team, you'll lead a team of Vetting Analysts, handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels. Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
Requirements
- Extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments
- A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required
- Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting)
- Leadership experience in leading a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage a complex process
- Quality Assurance and ability to enforce stringent quality controls
