Manager, Financial Accounting & Operations (CPA)

The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the Team, implementing internal controls, and supervising three colleagues. The role reports to the Director of Partnership Operations and requires a professional accounting designation, CPA, and a minimum of 7 years of progressive financial management experience.

Requirements

• Professional accounting designation, CPA is required
• Have a minimum of 7 years of progressive financial management experience
• Have previous experience of people management, coaching and delegating tasks in a complex organization
