Manager - International Tax and Transaction Services

As a Manager in our International Tax and Transaction Services team, you'll collaborate with talented professionals and leading organisations to advise on complex and high-profile deals. You'll lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, conduct tax due diligence, and guide clients through transaction structuring, modelling, and integration.

Requirements

• Significant experience in tax consulting, ideally within a top-tier accounting firm or similar environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Strong project management abilities, including experience managing budgets, projects, and people
