Job Description
EY is seeking a Manager in the International Tax and Transaction Services practice to provide expert tax structuring, advisory, and due diligence. The role involves advising clients on international tax matters, managing projects, and building client relationships in a dynamic and growing team. This position offers exposure to complex transactions and international projects and a supportive, mentoring environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Australian tax consulting.
- Strong foundation in income tax.
- Project management skills.
- Adaptability and continuous learning (knowledge of tax legislation and case law).
- Team management skills.
- Client service experience.
- Ideally, inbound and outbound transaction consulting, due diligence and deal structuring.
