As a Manager or Senior Manager in our client facing Health, Safety and Welbeing team, you will join our growing national health and safety consulting team based in Naarm- Melbourne on either a full or part-time basis. You will help our broad range of clients in Oceania to strategically diagnose health, safety and wellbeing challenges, design and implement the right solutions based on better practice and risk-based approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of technical EHS experience in industry and/or consulting roles with a strong grounding in risk management fundamentals, WHS legislation, and management systems
- Proven project management experience in dynamic environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, alongside strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
- Experience in coaching talent and developing internal and external relationships, including client management, with the ability to travel intra and interstate as required
